TrendTok.ai provides a social media trend intelligence platform for digital marketing professionals. Our subscription service offers access to curated trend data, analytics dashboards, and competitive advertising intelligence.

2. Subscription & Payment

Access to TrendTok.ai requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly at the current rate ($99/month). Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login with third parties. Each subscription is for a single user/company.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use TrendTok.ai data for your own marketing research and competitive analysis. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish our data without written permission.

5. Data & Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to provide our service (email, payment details). We do not sell your personal data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you’re not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but you may cancel anytime to prevent future charges.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

TrendTok.ai is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any business decisions made based on our data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
